Sorry for the lack of posts lately, we have been too busy enjoying the beautiful summer weather! The pictures here are a few weeks old, but still needed to be shared. They are mostly just of the boys playing in the backyard... but a couple of cute things to note.
Ben has finally adopted a "lovey". He carries around the little Buzz Lightyear toy you see in the picture 24 hours a day. So I had to get some pictures of him with it. There is a matching "Sheriff Woody" which he also likes very much, but no one compares to Buzz these days.
Also, you can see jack's new shoes in some of the pictures. I took them to the shoe store a couple of weeks ago, because I have been having trouble finding shoes that fit Ben, his feet seem to be very tall (??) so I decided to go and get a real fitting. We ended up with a cute pair of blue "Croclings", but while we were there, Jack found a pair of Red (his fave color) Disney crocs. For those who haven't seen them, they are just like regular crocs but the holes are shaped like a Mickey Mouse silhouette. He told me that if he didn't have them to wear to Disney World with Grandma in January, Mickey might be mad (oh, the drama and imagination in that boy!) Well, they have now replace ALL other shoes, even his beloved flip flops... for several nights he even SLEPT in them, because, of course, "Mickey wanted him to".
